Law firms: Why do you have AI receptionists? I've had to deal with them across multiple firms recently. They universally suck. Nobody who minds the "press 1 to talk to John Smith" computer would find the AI receptionist any better. Just hire a human, or use normal voice mail.

I made baklava for work. I have never made baklava before. I think it came out decently. Tastes good. I did have to cut some of the diamonds into triangles because they were too big, and everything is uneven. Oh well.

This was the interdimensional portal from last night. I attended a college reunion and went down to see the renovations to the college bar. The aesthetics are very similar to how they were in the 1990s. But the music was all era, as were the people.

The stage at the Beloit College C-Haus last night. It was recently renovated to get rid of many decades of smoke and stickiness and such but the oldest aesthetic is intact. Wooden stage, brick, looking backdrop, a couch off to the left of the screen, some murals and multicolored lighting.
