Etheox @etheox.bsky.social · 16/12/2024The Alba has got the meanest side eye in Armored Core 6. Fitting for the Gundam homage too 0202
Etheox @etheox.bsky.social · 10/12/2024-In reality though, John AC is so fucked up, he doesn’t jive with the idea that other people can be like HIM and take his niche. END In conclusion, honestly a great episode and in the spirit of classic Armored Core intros while looking at the negative aspects of Human+/Augmentation 020
Etheox @etheox.bsky.social · 10/12/2024-Overall story is good. We can pretty safely infer that John AC is sent out to destroy a base trying to make more Augmented Humans like him. His handler didn’t tell him the details because they’re worried he’d sympathize with them. -Cont 110
Etheox @etheox.bsky.social · 10/12/2024-Our Protag in games generally is always depicted as being pretty ok but here John AC is a maladapted junkie who thrives on violence since that’s what gives him meaning. -“Asset Management” could imply this base of Augmented Humans went rogue and is why our MC was sent to deal with them. -Cont 110
Etheox @etheox.bsky.social · 10/12/2024-Animation was incredible. The movement of the ACs was incredibly smooth. Not particularly “mechanical” but AC has generally shown that better pilots simply move their ACs like bodies. -Pretty clear portrayal at how negative the effects of Human+/Augmentation in general are. -Cont 110
Etheox @etheox.bsky.social · 10/12/2024-Slight inaccuracies like the Harris shooting full auto for a bit and the Morley Cannon being used as arm weapons, but no biggie. -Cont 210
Etheox @etheox.bsky.social · 10/12/2024Spoiler Warning Thoughts on the Secret Level Armored Core Episode. Overall 9/10 Episode to me! -The episode is EXACTLY like an an extended version of a pre Gen5 Armored Core game’s opening cinematic since it’s a mission from start to finish. -Cont 270

Etheox @etheox.bsky.social · 19/11/2024Appreciation for a new helmet that came from Halo Infinite. I think the Isidor has got to be one of the best new helmets released. Yes it is another helmet from the mainline "MARK" family, but the stuff it does do differently makes it land super hard for me. 4230
