Pure trainspotting Kenobi. I absolutely love it. The Trainspotting ending Easter egg is unreal too.

Star Fox Adventures isn't a Star Fox game, but it is, and it's the best Star Fox game

Don't need the Zelda edition Switch 2, I'm still stunting with my 3DS armour. Think this is my favourite artwork from OOT. 🛡️🗡️

Star Wars Zero Company is unplayable on Steam Deck as of launch, but ROG Ally performs better. Am I deluded to think that further optimisations will make this playable on Deck in the next few months? share.google/BHlKR2tc3paj...

Lovely change of pace from the dunes. Washed the race track, sorting things out with the 'big fish' in the Hrakert Rift. 🌊 I've been trying to hold out with armour by investing in force powers that aren't restricted, but robes may be the way soon.

Tatooine boxed, I wanted to get in with the Tuskens for the lore benefit, but how can you resist using a Krayt Dragon pearl as a lightsaber crystal. Absolutely electric. Also very much on the same page as Carth. Great fella, could see myself going for a pint with the lad.

ON TATOOINE ☀️☀️ Carth got mugged off by Gurke the Gamorrean, and then Bastila got mugged off by Motta the Hutt. 😭 First place on the Swoop Bike track 🏁🤑

I'm certainly open to being tempted, so far all of the options are overwhelmingly pushing me light, as there's no reason to choose dark unless you outwardly want to be a prick to people 😂 Guessing it will get more tempting as the game goes on...

Ethan Hunt 🧊 @ethanhunt.bsky.social · 26/07/2026

😂 wish I could have offered the droid a job on the Ebon Hawk. Maybe the remake will add an option eh 🤞

Finished on Dantooine for now and I'm going to go to Tattooine next on your recommendation 👍 Unless I should stop by Yavin as a little detour? That's DLC content, right? Trying not to Google too much to avoid spoilers and enjoy a blind play through

I like Mission's character/dynamic with Zaalbar so far, and I've piled upgrades into stealth for her, but I fear I'm too stupid to use it properly (or at least haven't gotten the hang quite yet). Any feats or tricks I should try out? 🤔

Hahah yeah, I'm sure I'll regret not going full Consular Jedi down the line but I wanted the combat to be a little more straightforward, so I figured this would work for me. Suits the character I've created role-play wise too, I see him as quite a brash individual at times 😅

110

Ethan Hunt 🧊 @ethanhunt.bsky.social · 26/07/2026

Yeah I've had him tanking with Mission's vibroblade so far! I've switched him out for Bastila/Carth currently though on Dantooine as it feels right to have a ranged character in the party? Or does it not really matter if all three are melee?

Ethan Hunt 🧊 @ethanhunt.bsky.social · 26/07/2026

Yeah runs great! I had them on steam but picked up in the sale because it seemed a lot more straightforward to play here. Any tips?

Ethan Hunt 🧊 @ethanhunt.bsky.social · 26/07/2026

Love it, I'm going to add to the thread for sure. Any tips? I've gone for a scout and piled into persuasion/mind control traits for better dialogue.

Finally playing KOTOR for the first time and loving it so far. 💫 Just joined the order, went with a Jedi Guardian it seemed the most straightforward. Carth and Zaalbar are my go-to's at this point. 👍

There are so many different versions of these games depending on platform. I'm already eyeing up the sidescroller DS version of II so I can play the sequel in a wildly different way.

Switch (Wii/PS2) version holds up well! I know some people prefer it to the flagship. The audio is a bit crunchy, and the lack of cinematic cutscenes is a little jarring. Have to fill in the gaps to infer what's going on at times. Going to play the flagship to compare.

Star Fox for Nintendo Switch 2 is certainly Star Fox 64 again - albeit with a shinier coat of paint. Overall it's fun, but I can't shake the feeling that Star Fox should be so much more. Here's my full review: www.mirror.co.uk/gaming/star-...

Star Fox Review - faithful shooter remake looks good but is faithful to a fault

The first Star Fox game in over a decade is an extremely faithful remake, which unfortunately results in a limited for just how exciting it can be.
