Chocolate pudding no bake cheesecake
Makes a 9x9" pan. Line your pan with parchment paper for easy scoopin Ingredients:
• 1 8oz block cream cheese
• 1/4c granulated sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 package chocolate pudding mix
• Graham cracker crumbs (about 1.25 cups? Or like. 6 whole crackers)
• ~6 T butter, melted
• 1.5 C milk
• 1/4 C greek Yogurt (optional If you like a little more tang. If you don't, just do an additional 1/4c milk, bringing your total milk to 1 3/4C)
• Walnuts and/or pecans (optional for topping)

Instructions:
(I did all this in the food processor but you can do whatever you want.)
- Melt butter and crush graham crackers. Mix together thoroughly, then press evenly into the bottom of your pan. Freeze for about 20 minutes.
- In the food processor, add cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla. Blend on low until smooth.
Spread evenly over graham cracker crust. Freeze another 20 minutes. Clean out the bowl of the food processor.
- Once the cheese layer is set, add milk, yogurt, and pudding mix into processor & blend smooth. If it's too thick, slowly add a little bit more milk. Spread pudding on top of cheesecake layer.
- Let it all set in the fridge for at least an hour. Top with nuts if desired & serve
