Our red-breasted goslings are thriving behind the scenes at the Avian Propagation Center. But one little gosling has been especially remarkable. After sustaining a fracture to his left leg, our Veterinary Medicine team applied a taped splint, and this tiny patient has made a full recovery.

We had a safety training at the school the other day and it was held by a deputy, he was open carrying and it just made me so nervous I had trouble concentrating on the training. Not looking forward to our first lockdown drill and I can only hope it happens when I don’t have students.
