yesterday I was invited to a figure draw session, sadly they use a dimmed light and I'm too old to this. was hard to see the model. started with a red col-eraser pencil but can't see my lines and switched to a red pen. but still a fun experience. my photograph skills sucks so endure it #2D

I did a strange experiment this weekend, got a git client for my android phone, push my game project to my phone, open in the android build of the godot editor. and the game opened "just fine", like the levels appears in the editor, even animated shaders running smoothly. #godot #gamedev

step in a bug on your code is common, but sometimes you face some weird shit. like I'm trying to sequence some beats in Strudel. to make a longg music, planned to have intro beat play 3 times, than first part 2 times, chores 2 times. but what results? the music jump between parts of each beat!! WHY?

A big friend asked me to do a talk on a game course he manage, about 2D game art. I find a way to wrap "write down your ideas loosely on a sketchbook", "practice a lot", "draw is just a language to pass a message" and "use of 3D isn't cheating" with a card art of Topdeck Automat =D #2D #3D #gameart

Started messing with Strudel. And it made me think on the AI bullshit koz after learn about code and started guitar this year. Now I know that Strudel use a function with param of an array of notes. If you Claude your shits, you didn't build any knowledge that can be tranfered to something else.

Found this 3D from 2024 when I start working on a new style for the maps of Blast Royale. my plan was to something chunky, fun and no lights or bakes. was worried my cute style be a problem and try model some 'manly' industrial props, my gf made fun of me. A "piece that was killed" is something we hear over and over again working with press promoting Dreams on a Pillow, not just now but across the years. In some cases the content had been fully written & was pulled right before or even after publishing. In others, it never was allowed past concept.
