I’m incredibly exhausted by the way. Whatever is wrong with my gut has been really bad the past few days. It feels like I’m digesting acid. Probably cause I had to take antibiotics again so soon after having the last round I dunno. They keep rescheduling my gastro appt too.

* disclaimer - this only works if your kids think anime is cool. if your kid is into something else, I would highly recommend tailoring your approach to getting really into whatever it is your kid is into. thankfully, I'm already an anime fan but I have been also playing obscene amounts of roblox.

I think when you're a parent, it's crucial to have at least some of your shit together when your kids hit 10-13. this seems to be the sweet spot for when you're able to convince them you're pretty cool and worth talking to. hence, I've been spending a good amount of my free time watching anime.

These include things that have helped me manage my symptoms from CPTSD and anxiety and depression. It helps me put the work down when I can’t seem to convince myself I’ve done enough yet. And it helps me remember my priorities when I’m swamped with work.

So I’ve been developing a productivity AND self-improvement app that incorporates everything that’s ever helped me and a few new tricks I’ve learned designed specifically for neurodivergent brains like mine.
