Our new library is absolutely beautiful. I've never really felt civic pride, in any of the many towns and cities I've lived in, but this is great. A big investment in things that matter.

My town had an opening day celebration for the new library and they closed off the street and provided a ton of coloured chalk so the kids could draw on it.

This town is getting more and more awesome. It's happening. The renaissance is underway for this wee city. This is the new library and city precinct. Tauranga has its haters, and they're not all unfounded. But it's on the up.

New Zealand is great. These sinter terraces are actively forming, right now. Growing, getting taller and deeper. Bubbling. Ready to eat your feet. Hope you can run fast. #NZHellhole

These terraces of sinter grow really slowly, they won't really eat your feet. It looks like a vast, hot, glacier. The path is safe. Don't wander off, though.

So my new home charger is epic. So fast compared to the granny-charger I've been using up to now. Also my last charge was 69% hydro-powered. Nice 💦 💦💦 #EssjaxEV

The power was coming from the grid (solar not installed yet) and that grid power was 69% hydro, 21% Geothermal. Bit of wind, bit of dirty coal.
