Found a hard drive with a little bit of music that's done. It's not much but it's something.

Literally all of them have the same hihat shuffle and especially the snare, safe to assume the kick is the same. It HAS to have come from somewhere.

I swear if I get into a stupid argument over a fucking drum loop. Yes I know it's programmed and then later in the tracks it's layered with other known breaks. Not asking about that. Just wondering about that specific loop since 3 different artists used it 1:1 without changing them.

Bruh how come I'm getting multiple of the same propaganda crap in the mail but the mixer I ordered has been stuck in USPS somewhere for 2 weeks almost?

if it means anything, the 8 track version of bitwig is currently being given out for free if you make a new account and set your country as japan comes from this promo dirigent.jp/bitwig/bitwi... tried it out recently and a license key was automatically added to the account, no waiting for a key

ok, I'm sitting on lots of sample packs that I might challenge myself by picking random samples and forcing myself to use them. plus tbh I haven't touched fl studio as much as I wanted to lately. Maybe tomorrow

why didn't they give sapphire shores any songs that I could sample? "the pony of pop" but not a single song for her smh, I have to resort to sampling her randomly getting sing songy while she talks.

Here's some old footage of Calibre (solo by then) on the decks. From 2000 @ Databass, Los Angeles, one of his earliest documented sets. I tried to upload it to my 2nd channel but it wouldn't let me upload longer than 15 minutes there, and I cba to do any verification there. youtu.be/rr24YcHcP7I

In case anyone's wondering, its a remix of a shoegaze song from 2013 and the artist disappeared, so an mp3 is all I can work with. Not preferred ofc but its fine.

Found out RC-20 can do stereo movement out of a song file that I don't want to use stem splitting on without making it sound weird. Vox & drum fills are hella alive. On the same project I made the worst out of phase bass ever but shoved it into mono and now nobody will ever know. :)

grab a song, time stretch to match with 174 bpm, add a looping amen break underneath, and new dnb remix done
