Forgot how much I missed painting greenskins. I'm not a 40k guy but I love these models with all my heart 😍

I had a silly idea. Not sure to use these guys as decorations for ogors, ironjawz or gargants

Personal favourite is the Big Woman

Finished my first unit of gluttons. Feel like these took forever to paint

Can't remember the last time I was 100% happy with something I had painted. But this is one of those times. And I used a sponge to do most of it.

Alright, had a break and a think and finally decided on a scheme. Time to paint an army

112413

Bare Naked Orcs @eshingrey.bsky.social · 08/08/2026

Made a final effort but can't seem to get these guys just right. May shelve the project until I see some YT tutorials or a scheme I can steal.

Bare Naked Orcs @eshingrey.bsky.social · 02/08/2026

Well, have scratched that itch. I have painted enough of this winterbite ogor to know that I prefer a gutbuster scheme

Bare Naked Orcs @eshingrey.bsky.social · 02/08/2026

Looking objectively, I can see now perhaps why I been so demotivated about painting recently. This does not spark joy.

Yet more ironjawz testers. I forsee many hours in my future stripping brutes, once (if) I settle on a paint scheme

Another tester for the gluttons, this time with more human skin tones. Might not look as good under the camera, but looks better to the eye

Added some yellow to the highlights. Think it looks a bit better. Once I've recreated it, I think I'll go with this as a scheme

Holy hell, wasn't prepared for how much fun this was to paint. Might spend the rest of my pre-ogor life painting 40k

Quick and dirty alternate paint scheme for the cowlords, which doesn't make me hate my life.

Thought my last IJ testers seemed a bit Fisher Price. So tested one in an alternate scheme. Now I have no idea how to paint this army.
