i absolutely adore the le sserafim skins, don't get me wrong, but this greed is only talked about in the bible because what tf do you mean you would need to buy two lots of 11,800 worth £84.99!? when half of the skins are just recolours!? and some of the victory poses are just the emotes! #Overwatch

i watched the solar eclipse happen in wales yesterday! it was so insanely cool. i could tell that it got dimmer and it got slightly cooler (it was still ~30 degrees or something though so it definitely wasn't cold). i watched through a colander, a pringles can and a toilet paper tube :)

Why does it bother me when a manager or the CEO of my employer boasts about using Copilot to write their emails? This. This is why

A post by "rederiswrites" (with a photo of who I assume is Adam Conover in the background) that reads: "Just watched Adam Conover (of Adam Ruins Everything) make such a solid point that I think we should spread far and wide. Yes, having AI write your emails is lazy, sure, but people love being lazy. We need to really emphasize that sending AI emails (or using AI responses on social media, or publishing AI flyers, or or or) is *rude*.

It's rude. You're making someone take their time to read something you couldn't be bothered to write. You're telling them they were so unimportant you couldn't be bothered to actually take the time to say something yourself. And frankly, you're lying about it while you're at it.

It's rude."

if i had a nickle for every time i pulled a 4* that wasn't on the banner, i'd have two nickles which isn't a lot but it's weird that it happened twice. i swear this never happened before i quit 🤔 (my first one was getting mika on flins' banner and now i have a heizou con on linnea's banner lol)

yeahh that is true to be fair, the fact that nod-krai is being colonised by snezhnaya would have made it poor taste to make her cryo. and the Tsaritsa probs wouldn't even let her have a cryo vision after essentially betraying the fatui

100

elle ~✧🐢 @escxelle.bsky.social · 15/01/2026

arlecchino is pyro though because she is associated with the crimson moon so with columbina being associated with the frost moon, i would have expected her to cryo to follow the same logic

16. "gwaed" means "blood" 🩸 he's a masculine noun because blood is so manly ;P ... all done! so together the lyric means: "The moon is on its knees at his/her/its feet and the stars flow in his/her/its blood." 🌛✨ (see? welsh is so good that this can be about anyone <3) (idk how this is btw lol)

12. "yn" means "in" on it's own but it's often used with verbs, in which case, it has no meaning and is purely grammatical (i hate grammar too dw) 13. "llifo" is a verb which means "to flow" so this is why "yn" has no meaning before! 14. "yn" here does actually mean "in" lol 15. "ei" means....?

10. "a'r" again is "a" and "yr" together. "a" means "and" where "yr" means....? 11. "sêr" means "stars" ✨ the singular is "seren" which is a popular welsh name! ⭐ she's a feminine noun too <3 (random fun-ish fact: "seren" can also mean asterisk lol)

9. "thraed" mean "feet" but if you looked up feet in a dictionary you'd see "traed". this is because "ger" causes another mutation :O so it turns the "t" into a "th" (fun fact: th is a separate letter in the welsh alphabet!) i've put some images to help :D also notice how "g" disappears like before!

100

elle ~✧🐢 @escxelle.bsky.social · 12/11/2025

7. "ger" means "near", sounds kinda similar too, right?! 8. quiz: can you remember what "ei" means? (hint: look up ;3 !) this post is short so have a break with a random welsh gif

6. "linia'" means "knees" but i need to be confusing again sorry >.< if you were to look up knees in the dictionary you'd see "gliniau". that's because "ei" causes a mutation to happen so that the "g" disappears :O (they've also knocked off the last letter "u" but that's just vibes, no grammar!)

2. "yr" means "the"! no notes here! 3. "lleuad" means moon 🌛 she's a feminine noun (yes sorry, welsh has gendered nouns like languages such as french and spanish too T^T) 4. "ar" means "on". simple, right? ;3 5. "ei" means his/her/its, yes it means all three! so us non-binary folk can use it too :D

1. mae'r is mae and yr together. this is because "y" is a vowel in welsh and similar to other languages like french or spanish, you can't have two vowels together! "mae" doesn't really have a meaning, but you always put it at the start of a sentence if "i" isn't the subject (it's confusing sorry...)
