Boycotts on social media are a pathway for action against distant crime, like Russia's invasion of Ukraine. A short piece from me and Justine Coneybeer on the boycotts to protest Trump administration decisions. Not surprising in this Trump 2.0 era where the line between government and corporate America is dangerously blurred. #boycott #divest #Trump #Tesla #Musk theconversation.com/trouble-at-t...

Trouble at Tesla and protests against Trump’s tariffs suggest consumer boycotts are starting to bite
If Donald Trump appears deaf to the protests of other governments over his policies, he may still hear the voice of corporate America should consumer boycotts spread.

Over the last few days I had the privilege of attending the United Nations Business and Human Rights Forum in Geneva. It was great to speak with others around the world who are also interested in how the state, civil society, investors, and corporations can work together to combat #modernslavery.
