I may have grown up 10 miles from Jersey, but those 10 miles matter, dammit.
Pictured is a map of the United States with Southeastern Pennsylvania, South Jersey, Delaware, and the Eastern Shore of Maryland shaded the darkest red; South Dakota and adjacent areas shaded the darkest blue; and other areas various gradations in between.

Explanatory text reads: "Your dialect map. Redder areas talk more like you; bluer areas least. You talk most like someone from New Jersey — about 57% of your answers match a typical resident."

The gods of shitty driving have punished me for publicly complaining about shitty driving on East 42nd Street in beautiful South Minneapolis.

It would appear that Brenda's main concern is that her LLM-generated supporters, pictured here in a city that looks nothing like Minneapolis, were not allowed to vote. (This is the opening still of her video as posted on Nextdoor.)
An obviously LLM-generated image of human simulacra, holding signs with slogans such as "Demkcracy Choice Voting Now!" and "Vote Local Make Change. Elections," against a generic urban-looking backdrop

It's been two days since the election, and I'm still picking up Lydia Millard's garbage. Did she run out of Trump-donor money to pay people to pick up her garbage?

I checked quickly on some of the biggest commercial buildings downtown and found a number of these, including three Pohlads and a former city council candidate claiming to live in a virtual office suite (think WeWork or Regus, except it's someone else in this case). I'm sure there are more.

I am confused by the commenter who said walk down Lake and you will see no clear division. For me, the suburban-style strip mall where CVS is, and the car-oriented businesses across the street, are a very clear division. Even Google can see it.

I'm reminded of this classic that has been floating around the socials since long before LLMs were a thing
A mawkish quotation — "A friend is one that knows you as you are, understands where you have been, accepts what you have become, and still, gently, allows you to grow" — attributed to William Shakespeare, who definitely didn't write that shit

I have now reached the point in Spanish Duolingo where they have minors out here snitching on their coworkers. Would "Junior es una rata" be an idiomatically accurate answer?
An image of the following Duolingo exercise:

• Laura no es responsable.
