Moar food porn: Char Koay Teow (pictured below) Flat rice noodles in lard and soy with egg, shrimp, scallions, garlic and other optional things (I generally go very basic) The key is the wok it’s flash fried in. The best are generations old and you can really taste the wok itself! 😋
