One pet peeve with Claude: it's always leaving notes in comments and planning docs about what we're *not* going to build. I really dislike this: the list of stuff I'm not going to build is infinite, so I don't want to start on the unending task of describing that stuff.

first fable experiment: asked it to look at dist-sys-related refactor request. It wrote a test that uses all memory on the system until it locks up and falls over. On the second crash I was running btop so I see but this outcome seems vastly more interesting than "write some code." EFF SHIT UP fable

The StackOverflow "developer survey" this year looks a lot different from previous years. It reads like, "we want to launch some ai products so please tell us how much you'd love to use them." Nothing about programming langauges or frameworks or *anything* they asked about in previous years.
