Up river Glen Canyon Dam formed lake Powell which is currently at 23.12% capacity. Hoover dam formed Lake Mead which is currently at 32% capacity. Estimated “dead pool” level is about 895 feet or below 20%. >20 year drought has led to this and there are serious questions about hydroelectric power
