I've been devastated after losing Gea, my 12yo cat and family. Some losses just go deeper. We never get birds in our yard anymore due to cats. But today, on the bench on her favorite bed, was - a robin. I took a pic as it flew away, so I know I didn't make it up. Somehow, it made me peaceful.
