In light of the LLM=Person argument, I think I am ok with letting an LLM sit for the Bar exam provided it does so under the exact same conditions a human does. I don't think anyone will object right? And it would provide pretty sterling proof of its personhood.

No it's true. In order to pass your biometrics exam for your first work permit you need to do a background check which requires a US ID which you can't get in real ID states unless you have a Work Permit and... OH GODS! It's brilliant! Diabolical!

It's obviously not a 1 for 1 but it's a good example what happens when you take a population very motivated to migrate and lower the barriers to the bare minimum. May I also point out that Cubans can waive their adjustment fees and don't have public charge analysis.

May I point you to Hialeah. Until 2017 any Cuban arriving here without too much spicy crime baggage was given Humanitarian parole. Then after a year and a day they could adjust. Then after 5 years they could natz. If they crimed in that process they were knocked out of it.
