The #allWayWalk / bike phase allows people to cross in all directions, each time the cars are stopped. Bikes are not cars 🤯 so it's easy to look, nod, turn, slow, or speed up slightly, and there are no blind spots created by large vehicles, except maybe #cargoBikes 😉 #Groningen

POV on an e-bike at 11mph, steel plates blocking a car-sized space in front of me at an intersection, somebody is walking to the opposite side, where there is no sidewalk on any of the streets to the left, a driver is passing me just before pinching me into the plate, and another car is 1/4 block away coming down the hill, the sign is posted 20mph with speed humps and sharrows, driver passing me is doing maybe 15-18, oncoming car maybe over 20

So in addition to orphan rows in the preview_cards table that didn't point to any files, there were around 20 million rows that were referenced in preview_cards_statuses but pointed to statuses that no longer existed on the server. It wasn't enough to remove rows in the preview_cards table, but I had to also first scrub preview_cards_statuses to remove the broken references to non-existent statuses, and then scrub preview_cards to remove rows that aren't referenced from there.

It seems like there should be a better way to do this than manually
