Thank you! Last year was my first and when I had to walk I felt AWFUL. Did a second in May that was better but still walked. Realized recently I was above LT2 the entire time which uh explains some things.

Absolutely not feeling good about the half marathon tomorrow. I’ve struggled with them in the past and have only been able to run once in two weeks. That’s… that’s a taper right? 😅 Feel like I’m going to run like 90s/mile slower and still need to walk.

As I understand it they use the same rails as commercial trains, so they frequently get I-make-the-money-here’d off to the side, especially if there are any delays. I took the train from Buffalo to New Mexico which was a really cool experience except for the I think 11 hour delay
