I follow quite a few comics on there. I believe they have both comic and novel posting options (though comics/graphic novels get more traction from what I've seen). They can be a bit strong on the not nudity/sex depiction thing, but that line seems to change by author, genre and popularity.

Yeah, this is them trying to: 1) force making their money-sinkhole work when the "free hand of the market" is saying it's a failure. 2) save money by making and only supporting "entertainment" which they won't have to pay. (. . . Even if the utility costs will likely be more expensive.)
