🕯🌊

$a figure at the shoreline, their hair and scarf blowing in the wind. behind them, two more figures emerge from a distant lighthouse, and follow. to the left is a poem which reads: come around changed. look the lamppost in its eye. you are a lighthouse marking the tideline, high, and her surface a mirror. what will you dream when she recedes?your call a beacon distorting, ripples and piecemeal portraiture. your call a gaze refracted, here serene, and in this eddy perturbed. layers opalescent, stacked askance. commune. let your fingers drip facets. her water could cling like filaments, each bright with its piece of scalpeled sunlight, enveloping, anointing you, too.$
