1/ 1st day of Pharmacy Advent...here we go! - Low-dose mirtazapine blocks histamine receptors, promoting sleep😴. But higher doses (≥30mg)↓sedation by enhancing noradrenergic activity. -↓the dose for sedated/delirious pts might seem intuitive, but it can ↑sedation! #medsky #pharmsky #GPsky #HMsky
