My oldest got her learner’s driving permit today. Started lessons in the little league ballpark parking lot behind our neighborhood - not… terrible. Having her drive from there into our neighborhood to our house was terrifying, though. Going to be a bit before we’re comfortable around mailboxes.

Oldham County got rocked by these storms tonight. Haven’t seen this much lightning concentrated in a storm since some on the outer banks as a kid. 10% of county w/o power and 2 key roads closed with tree falls. Neighbors watched the car behind them hit with lightning leaving the football game.
