Keen to read The Things We Never Say by Elizabeth Strout. We've been sat with a slow, creeping knowledge that grief is on its way. A vigil of months.

Seem to be on the joint tour vibes at the moment. Tickets booked for Jesus & Mary Chain with The Psychedelic Furs in Jan.

Well, my workplace has been as useful and supportive as a chocolate teapot regarding current health issues. Hoping Monday's medical will be far more helpful. The bar is f*****g low, mind.

My first Hyrox session was humbling AF. Each station produced an action shot more hideous than the last, and now I can barely walk, extend my arms, or move my shoulders. Yes, I will be doing one again next week. #Hyrox #gym

’Tis Stevie Nicks season and the time of year when I relisten to Tapestry by Carole King right through. But I do think JJ72 and their self-titled album are so underrated, often forgotten, and always remind me of autumn. youtu.be/CVCsQDVWLVg?...

The backlash against Ed Sheeran has been powerful, passionate and quickly mounted. Would now love to see people zoom out and look at the bigger picture: Hollywood as a whole, and the elites, including Robert Kraft, who sits at the centre of this current situation.

Social media just reminded me that OTD 5 years ago, I started my surf lessons! Safe to say I’ve got a lot of relearning to do before Cocoa Beach 😬🌊

When your PT tries to gaslight you by using the words "calm" and "Hyrox" in the same sentence 😂

From the trailer, Jack Farthing looks good in new Sense & Sensibility adaptation. Well cast.

A thing I really miss about #Yellowjackets, the closer it gets to its conclusion, is the humour and light relief from the earlier seasons. Adult Misty & Nat as bestie detectives, Van trying to explain and defend her Tinder dating to Tai, Tai crash-parking her family 4x4, anything adult Shauna does 😂

"The Final Reckoning" worries me that it will be Final Destination vibes again. I hope they can do justice to the present timeline while giving us the answers to our post-rescue questions, and creating a satisfying ending. #Yellowjackets youtube.com/watch?v=LJ29...

Haven't had a single workplace success in six months, and haven't been able to launch a damn thing in three months. Endless loop of stakeholder reviews and pushbacks. I'd be more productive banging my head against a wall.

I have spent the entire afternoon and night in a darkened room with a bastard behind the eyes, and I'd quite like to skip the rest of September, but my October plans are looking pretty good this year 🧡

I have a confirmed IQ of 131, and yet I frequently have moments where you’d think it was my very first day on Earth. Riddle me that! 😴🙃

I’m surprised by how many fans are negatively commenting on our 26/27 team photo. Yes, we have work to do given our recent performances. Yes, we have more talent than available positions, even with a regular rotation. But look at the class, quality, and potential here. It is worth celebrating 🙌

September is PCOS (now PMOS) Awareness Month. PMOS affects 1 in 10 women, yet 70% go undiagnosed and unsupported. PMOS is a hormonal and metabolic condition affecting hormones, insulin sensitivity, weight, ovulation and fertility. #PMOSAwarenessMonth

I get why people are annoyed by the Sydney Sweeney ad. I don't see the relevance of a woman, not in sports, posing naked with various sporting equipment repeating "just sports" it is insulting to female athletes and sports fans. Then again, the marmite reaction has everyone talking about the brand!

You're the one for me, fatty 🎵 She's not happy with me because I've put her on a diet, given the fact she refuses to use the cat treadmill I bought her and will only play with her toys if they're within arm's reach 🤦‍♀️ absolute unit. #cat #catsky #catsofbluesky

I hardly watch TV, but I’m going to rewatch #Yellowjackets from the beginning before the final series starts on 20th November. Three eps a week should do it 🤔

I set Bluesky up to replace X and Threads as my writer account. Instead, it’s become me shouting my stream of consciousness into the ether.

The world has gone mad! Folks getting arrested under the UK Terrorism Act for holding a sign that said "I oppose genocide" 🇬🇧 That is fucked up! The majority of those arrested have been pension aged women, often with disabilities. Do these folks look like terrorists? Shame on you England. #Free 🇵🇸

There's way too much to resolve and tie up for there to only be 8 episodes left of #Yellowjackets. It also just feels like a Final Destination style killfest at this stage. Tai going full feral and avenging Van may be interesting to watch, and the soundtrack is always perfect, but otherwise 🤷‍♀️

It’s #NationalFoodbankDay today but 26 years ago there was no food bank day because there were no food banks. Now, because of the cost of living and our poor social security system there’s more than 1,400.

A win but not a totally convincing performance. Lisa Baum looks an exciting player, though. Would've loved to have been in that crowd, watching the match in the sun in Brighton ☀️🍻 #AWFC #Arsenal

I’m glad some of us still won’t shut up about the Epstein files. Most people I know never read them when dumped on us en masse, before redactions and deletions. Now no one seems to care. Meanwhile, I’m traumatised. Worse than the death-camp footage of WWII I’ve watched. Sicker than comprehension.
