Emmathyst @emma.bunny.church · 5hAnything to feel like you have a sense of control I’d imagine. Real, serious, national political organizing requires a leap of faith and the trust that your comrades also implicitly understand where the goal lies. This is very hard to accept. 010 1

Emmathyst @emma.bunny.church · 15/10/2026I finally got WiVRn set up well enough to not dual boot for VR, it’s really nice. Got Mixxx, Ableton and Adobe (or replacements) already. Now all I need is Wardogs… 100 1
Emmathyst @emma.bunny.church · 14/10/2026At risk of sounding horribly pedantic, this isn’t true and the Star Trek computer, at least in TNG which I’m presently rewatching, often uses “I” especially when talking with Data or other 1:1 conversations. 100 1

Emmathyst @emma.bunny.church · 13/10/2026At some point there will be an entire generation online who haven’t experienced the obvious difference between AI written scripts for videos/tutorials/etc and ones written entirely by the creator, and that kind of weirds me out! 1130 13

Emmathyst @emma.bunny.church · 07/10/2026I stand corrected and am proud of the team for standing up in front of everyone vulnerably like this. It’s one of the most immensely difficult problems of our time and I’m dealing with it in my own career all the time. What is slop, what is useful, what does one company do? I’m glad they’re trying. 0100 10

Emmathyst @emma.bunny.church · 06/10/2026I think we all are. I’ve given them the benefit of the doubt on so many things but with recent staff departures and the lack of any kind of response on AI gen content, I can only assume they are fine alienating their most loyal creators. 010 1
