Two successive text messages say the following:

Omg lol AC sent me an email
with a link to follow if I wanted to request a refund. When I clicked that I wanted a refund it told me I had to phone a number to request a refund. When I phoned that number and followed the prompts, an automated voice told me that in order to request a refund I needed to follow the instructions that were sent to me via email.

It did give me the option to speak with an agent, but then when I requested that it said that they could not connect me to an agent due to exceptionally high call volumes

Really incredible to have CTV, an entire broadcast news outlet, say they 'don't have the bandwidth' to deal with the type of harassment that Rachel Gilmore deals with as an individual journalist all the time.
