I got my wings back. Short story, work stole my coping mechanism from me. A #squishmallow in the form of a bat. "it's a stuffed animal" they said. I took him home. Today, a kind soul gifted me tiny wings and said work doesn't deserve me. *ugly tears here* now I have tiny wings with me every day.
