I may have made zero progress with the RPG system I wanted to code, BUT it has gotten me thinking a lot about RPG systems And I think I've come to the conclusion that using incrementing stats for anything that involves a percentage chance (hit chance, crit chance, status effects) is probably bad??

Ooooh this Gamefaqs guide for DQMJ2 is wrong! It says monsters keep a QUARTER of their unassigned skill points when synthesized, but it's HALF. It was a quarter in the first game The thing is that I can't really do anything about it, this person has probably loooooong forgotten about the guide
