Finally found the notebook I wanted for PT exercise tracking but couldn't remember where it was! Yay! These Prismacolor swatches were done with my right hand before the anxiety got to me. I'm going to get this control back. Today I scribbled with my right hand. Very boring, but very necessary.

Square swatches of colored pencils on a dot-grid notebook page with the color numbers below each square. It is so neat and the swatches and handwriting are so consistent it looks like maybe it wasn't done by hand. But it was!
