I used to read books for coverage - so many self-published sci-fi novels where the writer was more interested in sequels than finishing the story of the first book. I recently saw an indie film that did exactly this. It made me angry, but it also made lots of money so fuck it. Rules are bullshit

I've been getting this question a lot lately: Do I need to bring my ID to vote? In LA County, no. If you are a registered voter, you DO NOT need your ID to vote. You CAN show your ID, but you don't have to. The ONLY exception is someone who didn't properly fill out the registration form.

The election process in LA County is fully transparent. Anyone can observe the entire process, from opening the vote center all the way to counting the ballots. You can't interfere with the process, harass voters or workers, or touch any of the equipment, but you can watch all you want. #LAVotes

If you are an LA County voter and unable to walk into the Vote Center due to a disability, you can vote curbside. Election workers come out to your car and handle the process for you. This service is ONLY for voters with disabilities.

In California, you MUST vote in your county. If you live in Orange County, don't come to LA. Vote By Mail ballots CAN be dropped off in other counties, but if you're voting in person, do it in the county where you live.
