yeesh, the entire town's lack of restrooms - even for customers - makes me not want to come back to Point Reyes Station! the one public restroom is a choice of porta-potties or a long two-stage ramp for my father and his walker. really stretching that ADA compliance, huh.

phew, playing two hours of 45s is a trial, even from the comfort of home. when i play LPs i can at least put on some Isaac Hayes for a bathroom break, or maybe a Weather Report saga to make a sandwich at a leisurely pace. otherwise, i am happy to say that most of the recent dollar digs sound good!

airliner "bracing positions" seem idealistic given we do *not* have that much space between seats. even at 5'6" i feel like either of these would shatter my spine like the final fight in Romeo Must Die.

bracing positions from an airliner safety card: people in rows of seats either hugging their knees or leaning their head against the seat in front of them.
