i probably wouldn't personally use something like this but in the new minecraft snapshot they made it so you can actually use transparent textures on basically any block model which makes stuff like shell texturing on most blocks possible without mods

if youre a fan of the music in the GBA pokemon games i highly recommend the drill dozer soundtrack. it's a GBA platformer by gamefreak released pretty much right after FRLG and honestly i'd believe you if you told me some of these songs were just lost FRLG tracks

a lot abt it is also just rly special to me as a gen 4 kid... it feels silly, but a specific moment that makes me rly emotional is when you enter a pokemon battle with a noble and the wild battle motif starts playing. i can't describe why it's so moving to me but it's made me tear up multiple times

i beat legends arceus yesterday and overall i really like the game even though i was pretty harsh on it before. it's definitely rough in some areas but they did so much right too. i'm definitely gonna try and do as much of the postgame as i can handle until it becomes tedious

turn based battles work perfectly fine in the mainline games but in a game where you have to interact with this many wild pokemon to get research and progress the story it feels so slow and bad to the point where i just started avoiding aggressive pokemon whenever i could

its literally just a sample which is like good enough but im pretty sure the gameboy handles changing the pitch differently than your average sampler does because i can't ever get it to sound *exactly* right i could always just do it in furnace or something I GUESS but thats HARDDD
