i probably wouldn't personally use something like this but in the new minecraft snapshot they made it so you can actually use transparent textures on basically any block model which makes stuff like shell texturing on most blocks possible without mods

it seems like it does have most of the characters based on the latin alphabet like ё but you'll probably have to add most of them yourself, you should be able to import the .ttf of the original tho!
