One really big piece of advice I've gotten consistently out of therapy for multiple years is, if you struggle with anxiety or depression, that's just gonna happen sometimes and you can't just say "I'm gonna stop having anxiety attacks." What you can do is prep for when it happens.

A short talk abt boundaries since this has happened to me at least 5 times…and I want it to stop..

I really only want to only say this once and only once bc an incident happened yesterday between a commissioner and I, but I just enjoy drawing smut and fetish content. I’m not here looking for a relationship. I’ve had a few people make advances on me and when I say no, it doesn’t mean keep asking me out, or pushing my boundaries, please. I am fine where I am, comfortable where I am, I don’t feel the need for a relationship. I have trauma, that I don’t really want to get into, but these advances makes me have multiple breakdowns and I actually start panicking and having an episode.

And before the “you draw nsfw content, get over it” if cosplay does not equal consent, me drawing smut does not either.

And if anyone tells you the vaccine doesn’t work because you’ll still get sick, that’s bullshit. That’s not how it works. The vaccine prevents severe illness to the point of hospitalization or death.
