I'm sorry to hear. I'm fortunate enough that I ended up with a job where productivity peaks and troughs are expected - and that seems to have been working in my favour very well. When things are hectic, I can go above and beyond - and then crash after. Just following this thread for advice.

I feel you, been the same for a while. The most infuriating thing is realising "oh hey here's a thing that used to get me to relax and have fun" and... it doesn't bevause stress overwhelms that sensation. We'll get out of it, soon enough.

I'm glad it's working and gives hope for my future!! I'm sitting with a stupid situation of "hey you need to fix another health prerequisite before we can start titration" and have for 6 months now. NHS ain't moving anywhere fast, and of course, ADHD makes getting ADHD help more difficult :')
