Solar panels do make a difference. In the month of July we have made £200 + profit and we've powered on full EV and a PHEV in the same month. Although we've imported at night we've exported at peak times and helped to reduce our carbon footprint #climatechangeexists

In the month of July we've nearly exported over £300 of electricity and only imported £100. Although still importing (at a smaller tariff) we're doing our bit to lower greenhouse gases. We have also been charging a full ev and a plug in hybrid in that time, reducing our carbon footprint even more

When I read about the Makerfield by-election I cannot help but wonder why people think Reform are the answer. Reform will remove their rights as workers, make them pay health insurance and have a candidate who to put it mildly has a history of social media posts that are embarrassing.

Solar power is the way to go. If every home in the UK was fitted with panels and batteries the greedy energy companies would be in big trouble. We had panels and a better fitted at the end of October. We started exporting in mid November. We're now £32 up on energy exported to energy used

Solar panels in the UK are they worth it? I live in a house which is perfectly South facing. We had 20 panels fitted in October 25. We also upgraded my wife's car to an EV in December. It means we've saved nearly £1000 in fuel and electricity costs. They do cost a lot but pay back quite quickly.

The UK is spending £369m refurbishing Buckingham Palace for King Charles, who has £22bn and gets £500m more a year. He can pay for his own renovations, £369m is more than England spends on building Social Housing in an entire year for the whole country.
