Thank you! You are right. I feel happy. I am living with my daughter and my grandson who is absolutely adorable and the best age (almost 2 y old), so it is great on a familial level! Also cultivating my mind, which is always a good thing!

Yes excactly. It is difficult to go from intence streaming schedule, to "just a little" & actually free the mindspace needed to do something else. Life is forcing me to take that break, but it is welcome, as maybe I will be able to come back later with a different mindset, concerns & no ambitions

I have been streaming my videogames sessions for 14 years! This is my longest break since I started. I miss my community a lot. But on the bright side, I am focusing on reading and learning in my free time instead. And it feels that it was damn about time!!

I started to use Affirmations and Gratitude everyday since 2016. It does help. But it is not always enough. Sometimes situation call for different measures like deep therapy. I think Affirmations is a nice spiritual hygiene. Work well if we do it daily within a good routine.

I just finished watching my first MISPA class (Mercury Internet School of Psychological Astrology). I truly enjoyed to start my day, walking barefoot in the clover picked grass, which is particularly soft for the sole. Such delight! If you can, do that. It's really great for grounding.

This was my very last night spent in the little room under the roof at my mother's!! It has been a beautiful year of healing, recovering & preparing for change. I lost 16kg, fix my sleep schedule, walk everyday, did yoga, daydream & slowly disconnected from the digital world that absorbed me for 20y

Most importantly, I was not happy with myself. It was not high quality content. It felt useless, uninteresting, not something I would be interested watching myself. Instead I do BEST OFFs with a carefully edited selection of best moments OR recaps, that include commentary, explanations & clips

I don't think it made any difference. I used my Youtube channel mostly to offer extra content to my existing community, but I was publishing Shorts with the hope to reach out new poeple. I don't think it served that purpose well. It was quite some extra work, & I'm not sure I saw any result from it.

My beautiful cat!! Last August, I moved to my mother for a "short" period. Could not bring my cat, so my sister took care of it, bless her heart! Now, finally, as I am moving in with my daughter, I could bring my cat with me. I am really happy, I missed him a lot.
