I remember as a young kid that Beckett Baseball Card Monthly had a “Hot/Cold” list of sports figures, and Pete Rose was ALWAYS No. 1 because of his involvement in gambling (and lying about it). Now sports leagues all have multi-million dollar partnerships with gambling companies.
