I was at yesterday's protest against the Assisted Dying/ Suicide Bill. It didnt go through. I am glad but also understand how it can be sad for some. But the safeguards are not enough.

Some Friends have taken refuge from social media - and today, I understand as in bed, I couldn't concentrate enough to work even when I took laptop with me to bed. I scrolled down social media posts and it is grim. Doesn't help with fatigue.

Had to get up for an early delivery for some frozen food. But did these dough sticks 'you tiao' 油条 in the air fryer for breakfast. They are good with coffee but miss the real fried stuff you can get in Chinatown.

Today I had an #acupuncture session to build up #qi and soup from a Chinese herbal packet soup send me by my brother I ve been fed herbal soups all my life and think I know a bit about it from lived experience but was told I should collaborate with a nutritionist? Think it's the case of #ableism.
