elise @elise666.bsky.social · 29/01/2025I’ve found that if I’m forced into a workout routine, it stops being fun and I stop doing it—so I have to actively avoid routines or I don’t work out. The freedom to choose which mma classes/days/times and switch it up every week is *so clutch* for me. 000 0
