elise @elise666.bsky.social · 29/01/2025I’ve found that if I’m forced into a workout routine, it stops being fun and I stop doing it—so I have to actively avoid routines or I don’t work out. The freedom to choose which mma classes/days/times and switch it up every week is *so clutch* for me. 000
elise @elise666.bsky.social · 29/01/2025the mma gym I joined has this system I love personally: you pay for 3 classes a week and then you decide which classes you go to, with no one checking in on you or forcing you to go certain days/times. I’ve always hated feeling obligated to be in a class at a certain day/time so I am loving it! 000

We did about 10 mins of cardio, 10 min of solo drills and then spent the rest of the time doing partner drills (which I did *not* expect on the first day lol). I was so nervous to partner drill but my partner and I had so much fun! I cannot wait to go back! 🥷🖤 060
