The new UN Environment Programme Report “Limiting Overshoot” explores the risks and impacts associated with higher levels of warming, as well as the pathways needed to limit and enable the decline of temperature, and approaches to long-term resilience. 🧪🏡 🌍 ow.ly/xWGM50ZNGhb
Silhouettes pulling a rope against a gradient of blue to red lines symbolizing climate change limits and pathways to reduce global warming. The overlay text reads: Limiting Overshoot: Navigating exceedance of 1.5°C and pathways towards return. The UN Environment Programme logo appear on the top right corner.

Pollution, #ClimateChange & human activity are threatening aquatic ecosystems and the survival of many migratory bird species. 📚 Learn more with the #GlobalAssessment: www.ipbes.net/global-assessment
Climate change could reduce migratory bird populations by up to 84%, highlighting serious ecological risks.
