Analysing over 15,000 profiles from care platforms, the study found: ▶️ Digital care platforms formalise visibility rather than employment ▶️ Platforms absorb a feminised migrant workforce ▶️ Workers are required to curate their own biographies, creating hybrid (professional and affective) personas
