Sixty years ago on August 25th I lost my second oldest brother, Joey, to a pituitary tumor. The 1965/1966 Patriots team came to our house (we lived above our funeral home) and donated a signed winning game ball to him. My 4th brother still has it. I had thought it lost.

After my fall and back injury, I was told to keep up with my normal activities as best as possible. So, besides making soap, gardening, attending the summer concert series, and vacation pet sitting for several neighbors, I also made 4 throw sized quilts. I start PT in 3 weeks.

It was a beautiful evening at the Marina for the free concert series on the dock. Tonight we were entertained by Little Lies, a Fleetwood Mac tribute band. They pack the house every summer. There were easily 2 thousand there on the docks, building decks and the boats in the Marina. Always fun.
