Personally I wanna know if Zestial sees himself as like her ‘dad’ and keeps his feelings platonic, but it’s not the same for Carmilla who I am sorry, she gets way more upset about Zestial not being with her like she lost an SO, not her ‘dad’. Their argument in S2 was liken to a DIVORCE.

I’m definitely partial to the chunky owlbear line, they look different and better balanced than the topline of feathermane cats. Picking #8, the baby blue + white feels unique!

My suspicion would be Azeroth’s world soul isn’t native to this current planet and was transplanted from Xal’s original planet.

A part of me really yearns for the oldschool days where your pet’s happiness upkeep, having to hunt down better ranks of pet abilities etc was still a thing. I’m interested to see if Blizz kept this aspect too or did a QoL pass on it. Even more so I wonder whether pets with varying stats will exist

Zestial and Carmilla, of all characters, not being in the Best Friends Forever merch drop feels so off. I know it’s cos they’re side characters, but S2 flashback implies they’ve been close friends for at least 70 yrs! Ofc the flipside is that they’re MORE than friends, which I will accept 👀

That and also he was likely freaking out over causing injuries to her and didn’t even want to risk anyone making it worse. Still her constantly running away in a factory full of cannibalistic toys prolly did make him that eventually, one of ‘em get hungry or angry enough to crack her shell fully.

000

I just wandered in here @elementroar.bsky.social · 02/03/2026

Kinda realised why Prototype is hyperdefensive of other toys touching Poppy. Poppy is tiny, she would be like the smiling critters, a primo target to be hunted for food. Her ceramic shell is hard but also easy to shatter. Making others fear HIM and knowing “she’s his favorite” protected her.

It's the way she looks at him! Like especially with this outfit and her hair like this, it really looks like a happy young bride seeing the love of her life! Literally the first time she looks THIS happy in two seasons, and she STAYS this happy through the end cos Zestial's back with her!

What slightly annoys me is those absolutely don’t exist on her desk in S1. It’s a bit jarring that they’re just…THERE now.

000

I just wandered in here @elementroar.bsky.social · 12/11/2025

This does throw a wrench in my headcanons of her with Zestial, as in Baxter’s flashback we know Carmilla was already in Hell by the 1950-60s and already close friends with Zestial cos he is using her teacup. He’s ALWAYS using her teacup actually. But that also means she was likely married by then

000

I just wandered in here @elementroar.bsky.social · 12/11/2025

With what she said, it implies either these are wedding rings and either they’re ones she had when back on earth and her husband died but didn’t come down to Hell with her and the girls; or she was married up till 7-ish years ago cos her husband in Hell died in the exterminations.

I just wandered in here @elementroar.bsky.social · 12/10/2025

I keep hoping to see some interactions between them from the Midnight Alpha peeks. So far, only found their house (looks bit barren tho), and apparently Thalyssra is HEAVILY protected from Alliance since she's currently in the Horde-only area and the guards attack Alliance on sight lol

Your censorship rules can be seen as cultural discrimination against animist cultures whose folklore and folk figures invoke human-animal hybrids. Panhu the dog gos is the ancestor deity of multiple Chinese ethnic tribes, via mating with a human princess for example.

000

I just wandered in here @elementroar.bsky.social · 23/09/2025

Yeah I sent to mod it’s cultural discrimination against cultures whose folklore and origin myths include human-animal coupling. Such as several Chinese ethnic tribes who trace their mythical lineage to a dog ancestor who married a princess.

Moment I saw the green Kaa’roc while phase diving in Ka’resh, I knew the transmog I needed to do. A homage to ORIGINAL classic Swain (League of Legends). Wish I could find any face covering that was a darker color, but WoW surprisingly doesn’t have a lot of lower face covering options.

I’m afraid time travel is going to come back in full force and we get a future-Trunks situation but it’s future Belf/Nightborne hybrids led by Lor’themar and Thalyssra’s kid, so Blizz can justify adding another recolored elf allied race and they’re like, magenta I guess.

Wish I didn’t have to be vague. But at least I can prolly mention who it isn’t. I’m mainly intrigued by how that makes us second guess the reason for the closeness b/t Zestial and Carmilla for example. I don’t think it’ll turn out that way but I hope there’s some narrative parallel happening.

000

I just wandered in here @elementroar.bsky.social · 29/06/2025

Seeing the S2 leaks, honestly I’m intrigued abt how the revelations of the relationship b/t two certain Overlords would imply something abt another two Overlords. Since a lot of reactions I saw were cos of what we thought was legit friendship turning out to not be that simple.

100

I just wandered in here @elementroar.bsky.social · 29/06/2025

Plus Zestial is “effectively retired” and openly supports Carmilla for quite some time now, to the point no one questions it. The Vees could be treating their territories as a single one cos Carmilla may even be administrating Zestial’s territory on his behalf when he’s roaming around.

NGL, prolly feel like I tamed a little man if I tamed this thing and it’s floating or stand next to me lol. It does look like something from Outland I think? With the flaying arms.
