I am fucking Livid. Since having to give away my dog, my EMOTIONAL SUPPORT ANIMAL, I've been watching one of my all time favorite shows on Netflix, Superstore, cause it is a comfort show. It has been my only coping mechanism these few weeks. And now, Netflix removes it out of nowhere. Fuck you!

Having to give her to someone else feels like she died. I know I can still see her from time to time, but nevertheless I've lost her. She was my dog, she was so important to me. Now I feel so empty. Every day I think I see her, or hear her. I'll see her out of the corner of my eye but she's gone.

I had to rehome my dog, my emotional support dog, because the upstairs tenant complained her hair was too long, I raise my voice (to teach her, cause I wouldn't hit her), and supposedly didn't walk her despite walking her 4 times a day. I'm all alone again.. I am broken.. This has destroyed me..

Got a new phone yesterday. Couldn't get into my bank at first, eventually did. Took me till this morning to get into my damn email. All is good now. My previous phone had been deactivated since 2023 so now I can text and call again. Not to mention having Data for internet outside.

I dunno if this has been done before but I just thought of candles focused on nostalgic smells. Like rain, or a freshly mowed lawn. Probably even some obscure stuff. And not candles that slightly smell like it, but fill the room with the smell like you'd want.

I have 2 full bottles of long expired Paroxatine pills from when I took them. I have them cause I was moved off them but they continued to deliver those refills. I should throw them out, but I keep them with the mindset that they're probably a decent suicide solution if it ever comes to that.

Well what started off as a couple decent days despite no meds has spiraled into some VERY bad days. My anxiety is now at an all time high, with a literally nonstop severe panic attack since yesterday morning. Every breath feels like it raises my anxiety more and my heart feels like it'll explode.
