One of the great benefits of man made art, is how it positively alters our outlook. Example: Ever since I discovered Ivan Shishkin, I look at trees differently. I go «oh, that is a tree he’d enjoy.» I can only aspire to have that impact on others.

There have been so many sketch iterations of this piece already, but these past two #wips are making me feel a little bit more confident 🥹 This is my interpretation of the goddess #Styx #greekmyth #mythology #sketch #wip

Here's just a pile of (mostly old) Zelda things I've drawn. There's more but, I picked the ones I had colored. Some are more than 10y old

The Husband — A devil and his witch #art #ocsky

dark art deco style of a devilish Zenos, face obscured by shadow, and his witch. They're lounging on a green long chaise chair, their face close and adversarial, Crow wielding a knife and Zenos' finger sliding up the blade flirtateously.

Doing a class and taking the opportunity to experiment with hard black shadows - but without ever touching lineart, cuz I gave up on that lmfao #oc #Hathor #conceptart

Concept art of Hathor, the egyptian goddess of love, fertility and music. She has a pair of great horns, coiled around by a golden snake, crested by an orange, yolk-like sun, a mane of flowing looped coils of dark blue-black hair, in an ornate orange-red dress as she's strumming a harp carved into a cow-like motif, every pluck of her string generating rain that flows into the great Nile river.

There’s something really special about being an artist and seeing improvement in your work over time. Those thousands of hours working on skills and countless pieces. And then looking back and seeing improvement when you remember struggling on certain parts of a piece. It makes me really emotional 🥲

Kels @eleafjaykhs.bsky.social · 10/06/2026

What better way to study anatomy than make it #Astarion? 🥰 still kind of a WIP in certain spots, but I’m gonna be making two more studies to include on this sheet. I just really liked this one so far 😊 #anatomy #studies
