cws High key might have to have a "hey listen there is a lot I'm holding back from you bc I'm so fucking traumatized by the role you played in upending my life a year ago" convo with my therapist, and I don't want to, but if I do it & introduce him to CAMS, I may be able to talk about SI in session

cws Clinicians who are like, "I wanna help suicidal people 🤗" and then don't accept insurance and charge $300 per session should put in their bio "I wanna help rich suicidal people 🤗"

cws I can't really find any clinicians accepting new patients, but I might raise this with my therapist and see how he reacts bc he was definitely taught the crisis model, which does not work for me.

Neighbor having party. I hate neighbor. Neighbor must leave the premises and continue party elsewhere.

At some point, long long ago, my brain decided Phil Collins was gay, and I've just relearned that he's straight, and I feel like I've lost something somehow.

Oh yeah, but fwiw I don't think I'm doing it bc your English is "broken" like sometimes I just like to play with English or will use unusual words bc I have a weird vocabulary myself from having read a lot of academic nonfiction and studied multiple languages lol.
