2/? I am ask every once in a blue moon where I got a cool necklace, boots, dress etc. Sometimes they are recent treasure, often it’s from a decade plus of hunting through racks, digging in tangled mess of chains, and just spend hours looking with more often finding nothing that day.

So while authors and publishers are arguing about divvying up the settlement money, Anthropic have got away with mass theft. Whatever they pay out is simply a cost of business. The shit machine they built with that theft still exists despite a complete lack of consent and blatant law-breaking.

The Dream Game does a good job doing a simple breakdown of how to keep a dream journal. You want it close to record first thing, either a notepad, or a memo recording. The moment I’m up and moving around 90% of the dream has already faded.

I recommend the composition notebooks since the journaling doesn’t need to be fancy. Your goal is to record the dream ASAP and then break down the meaning. I will often write in the margins any day activity or material I’m reading that might relate to the dream.

Got a new composition notebook; actually a pact for dream journaling. I’ve been writing down my dreams off and on for many years. I have found, that when I’m consistently keeping track, the dreams are more vivid and stay longer. The Dream Game was a recent purchase at a large sale. #dreamjlurnaling

My current favorite horror movies are Nosferatu 2024, Killer Klowns from Outer Space 1988, Black Swan 2010, Stephen King’s IT 2017 & 2019, Lost Boys 1987. That I can think of off the top of my head.

I grew up with horror movies. Probably saw them younger than I should have. My preference of horror are the classic 80’s slasher, the supernatural horror like “Hellraiser” and the B movies and VHS like “Puppet master” or “Subspecies” these are comfort and nostalgia.

I look forward to listening to this episode. I’ve been poking around after seeing that article a couple weeks ago. It feels more like the industry trying to be rid of the mass market paperbacks because it’s not as profitable or photogenic as a sprayed edge super edition than a quiet extinction.
